Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-22
1. Scope and Acceptance of the Agreement
This agreement is entered into between you and the operator of the Jianli platform regarding the use of the online resume editing service (the "Service"). Checking "I have read and agree" during registration indicates your acceptance of all terms of this agreement; if you do not agree, please stop registering and using the Service.
2. Service Content
The Service includes: resume template selection, online editing, AI-assisted polishing and PDF export.
3. Account
- You must register with a real, valid email address and keep your password safe. You bear any losses caused by your own disclosure of your password.
- One email address corresponds to one account. Buying, selling or renting accounts is prohibited.
- You can cancel your account yourself in "Account Settings - Danger Zone"; after cancellation, the account and its resume data cannot be recovered.
4. User Content and Code of Conduct
- You are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of your resume content. Please do not enter content that violates laws or regulations or infringes the rights of others.
- Photos you upload must be of yourself or images you are authorized to use.
- You must not use the Service for mass registration, scraping, attack testing, spreading illegal information or similar conduct; we have the right to restrict or ban accounts that violate these rules.
- You own the rights to your resume content; you grant us the processing permissions necessary to provide the editing, export and AI polishing services.
7. Intellectual Property
The template designs, software code, trademarks and other intellectual property of the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders. You are granted a license to use them only for personal job-seeking purposes and may not use the templates for commercial redistribution.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and do not promise absolutely uninterrupted service; we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or carrier failures.
- You should back up important resume data yourself (exporting to PDF is one way to back up).
9. Changes to and Termination of the Agreement
We may revise this agreement from time to time and will post the revisions on the page. If you do not agree to the revised agreement, you may cancel your account; continued use is deemed acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the defendant's domicile for litigation.
